No one gives to charity just for tax reason; on the other hand it is important to be aware that donations to East London Community Foundation can bring additional benefits to you, your client and to local charities.
For example, if your client is a taxpayer, signing a Gift Aid Declaration can enable the Foundation to claim £280 for every £1,000 donated. In addition, higher rate taxpayers can reclaim tax relief on the gross amount of the donation.
