Investment Strategy
East London Community Foundation has adopted an investment policy for its non- expendable endowment that seeks to:
- Maximise performance through a diversified asset portfolio and a low risk strategy.
- Achieve an investment return of at least above that of the the WM Charities benchmark
- Achieve an investment return which exceeds the retail price index over rolling three-year periods.
Investment Policy
Our investment policy is currently being finalised and we are in the process of selecting Investment Managers.
We help communities in London, particularly those in North East London, in Barking & Dagenham, Enfield, Hackney, Haringey, Havering, Newham, Redbridge, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest.
