Tailor made Named Fund
For those wishing to establish a Named Endowment or annual Flow Through Fund, we offer a tailor made service which offers genuine flexibility:
You can mix and match your gift to meet your charitable objectives using the fund options below – you can set up a fund in your own name, in memory or honour of a loved one, in the name of your company, anonymously or even contribute to one of our existing funds.
A Donor-Advised Fund provides the greatest flexibility for your grant making. You stay involved by recommending grants to community groups or projects of your choice, and leave the administrative burden to us. The Foundation ensures the status of beneficiaries and provides additional grant making and administrative support for your fund as required.
A Field-of-Interest Fund allows you to address a cause or issue without the restriction of naming specific groups or projects. You decide the purpose of the fund, such as meeting the needs of children or helping the disadvantaged or elderly in a particular area. According to your specification, the Community Foundation identifies projects that are effectively accomplishing that goal over time.
An Unrestricted Fund is the broadest option. An unrestricted fund allows the Community Foundation to identify needs and opportunities in the community as they change over time and target your fund where it will be most effective.
Area Funds You can nominate a particular area within East and North East London to benefit from your fund. Grant-making can be advised by you or delegated to the expertise of the Community Foundation
